  • What would you like to perform?
  • Approximately how long is your performance?
  • What equipment will you bring/require?
  • Will you be available on Friday, March 29th, 2013 from 6:00pm-11:30pm for the show?

Rhizome Café is an accessible space with no stairs leading to the front door or the bathrooms.
